We’re excited to announce the latest update to Omnitrack, which brings a range of improvements and new features designed to enhance your experience and streamline your workflows.
New Features
Export Submissions as a Zip File
Admins now have the ability to export submissions in a single zip file. This file will include the submission PDF and all related attachments as separate PDFs, making it easier than ever to organise and share important documentation.
Improvements
- Enhanced Work Center Handling
We’ve improved the Work Center by blocking certain actions, such as resolving cases or turning on ongoing monitoring, when a case is archived. An informative error message will guide you if you attempt these actions on archived cases. - Dashboard Counter Widget Fix
The Dashboard Counter Widget now correctly filters results when clicking on the tile, ensuring you see the accurate data you need. - Consistent Formatting in Forms
Multi-select questions now maintain consistent font sizes, improving the overall look and feel of your forms. - Functional Hyperlinks
Links inserted into fields will now work correctly as hyperlinks, ensuring smooth navigation. - Correct Currency Symbols
Submissions with converted fields will now display the correct currency symbol when exported, no more mix-ups with pound signs. - Email Template Fix
You can now save your email templates directly from the preview tab, streamlining your workflow even further. - Form Builder Enhancement
Resolved an issue in the form builder where the “set as admin only” option caused an error if already selected. - Improved Messaging
The snackbar message now accurately reflects the outcome when saving column layouts in the submissions grid. - Form Title Display Fix
Form titles starting with a number followed by a period will now display correctly on cards.
General Improvements
This update also includes general stability and performance enhancements to ensure your Omnitrack experience is as smooth and reliable as possible.
