Understand your employees' attitude towards diversity in the workplace

Recent studies have shown that 59% of decision makers say a lack of investment in diversity and inclusion is a barrier to attracting high-quality candidates, 15% of people experience mental health problems in the workplace and only 3% of UK companies have a policy that openly welcomes transgender job applicants. These are just some of the staggering statistics around workplace diversity. Whilst employers have a responsibility to ensure a culture where people from all backgrounds feel welcome, many feel that they are lacking the tools to do this effectively.

VinciWorks has built a centralised portal for analysing staff perception of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Omnitrack's customisable diversity at work questionnaire can easily be deployed to all staff. Charts can be created in seconds to help managers easily understand the organisation's strengths in the area, as well as where improvements need to be made.

Use the diversity questionnaire to collect data on:

  • Employee perception of inclusion in the workplace
  • Feelings regarding reporting procedures
  • Workplace discrimination
  • Areas where your organisation is excelling

Impactful story-based diversity training

Everyone has the right to be safe and respected at work, but this does not always happen. Our latest diversity course, Diversity and Inclusion at Work: MyStory, sheds light on stories of discrimination and harassment all too frequently experienced by people in the workplace. The course raises awareness of the prevalence and impact of diversity discrimination. The training covers the UK Equality Act 2010.
