Create a safer, fairer and more honest world
We are a creative and
driven team working
hard each day to
reinvent the impact
that compliance tools
and training can make.
Too many businesses are using boring, tedious and
cumbersome processes to train their staff and
maintain compliance. We know you can do better,
and to prove it, we have been developing the training,
tools and resources to help any organisation of any
size to change the status quo.
We produce engaging content via training, free guides and blogs so your staff are up to date.
Our tools make it possible for businesses to manage the entire compliance management process, from learning management to compliance registers, themselves.
We believe compliance and training should be done your way. Our solutions are built in a way that lets you speak in your own voice and act according to your own process.
Nothing should be done today just because it was done yesterday. Since we started our journey, we have continuously explored and pushed the boundaries of what our training and software can do.

Compliance training experienced by most employees today is considered boring, old-fashioned and irrelevant. Because training is more than a one-off tick-box exercise, all our courses are fully interactive, relevant to specific roles in your organisation and 100% customisable (yes, feel free to change every word!). Our training covers mental health, GDPR, DAC6 and much, much more.
Reporting & Tracking
Compliance workflows don’t have to be painful Word documents, Excel sheets, emails or PDFs. We offer seamless compliance workflows done your way.

We want every business, big or small, regardless of industry, to benefit from our expertise. That's why we are continuously updating our resources page with free on-demand webinars, policy templates, guides and more.
The journey began in 2003 with the realisation that there must be a better way to ensure regulatory compliance than in-class
presentations.
Our founder, Howard Finger, gathered a group of 14 leading
international
and UK law firms to collaborate on a solution. That group became the founding members of the
Online Compliance Consortium (OCC) and they together developed the content of our first
online
training course to address the EU Money Laundering Directive. VinciWorks fast became the
leading
provider of compliance training to law firms, serving over 60 of the UK’s top 100 firms. In
the coming years we would build and develop a broad library of compliance training and a
compliance learning management system to effectively
track and follow-up on training compliance....

In 2017, VinciWorks used the expertise garnered in the legal sector to deliver the same
quality of training to corporations in every sector. By further developing our
customisation
capabilities, increasing interactivity and introducing course builders to our training,
we
have been able to serve every type of organisation in any jurisdiction, on any
compliance
topic.
In 2018, we started developing Omnitrack, our multi-purpose platform for collecting and
tracking data in a wide range of contexts. Omnitrack allows businesses to manage the
entire
data collection process from one centralised portal. Two years later, we became a
leading
software provider to over 50 companies including 8 of the top ten UK law firms for
cross-border
tax reporting under DAC6. Our Omnitrack team continues to develop new use cases based on
requests
from clients every week. Today, businesses large and small have implemented Omnitrack to
help manage their client onboarding, supplier questionnaires, gifts and hospitality
registers,
GDPR processes among countless other uses.
In October 2021, VinciWorks reached its latest and most notable milestone and was acquired by Marlowe PLC, the UK leader in business-critical services and risk and compliance software. With the backing of Marlowe, VinciWorks has the resources to accelerate the development of our next generation of risk and compliance tools. This will support the rapid growth of our award-winning online training and compliance management software, Omnitrack. Our high level of product and service our clients have come to expect has continued beyond the acquisition.

VinciWorks has gender parity, with a 50-50 female-male split in the organisation. Eight percent of staff identify as disabled, with two-thirds of those staff limited in their day-to-day activities because of their disability.
VinciWorks is more representative of sexual orientation than the national average. 84% of our staff identify as heterosexual / straight, with VinciWorks proudly employing staff who are gay, lesbian, bisexual and asexual.
We actively seek to strengthen our commitment to inclusion through our hiring practices. VinciWorks supports family and carers with flexible working and a self-managed holiday policy, making it a great place for people to balance work and family. That’s represented in our staff with 63% of VinciWorks staff having children under the age of 18, and 16% having other care responsibilities.
Ensuring inclusion and fairness is a never-ending process and there is still work to be done. We are proud of our progress and we will continue to push our far-reaching goals. As a company, we know that our best work happens when we create a culture at work with diverse representation and where everyone feels that they belong.
