VinciWorks’ all-new diversity training suite provides first-person accounts on a wide range of issues which face every workplace. Users will learn facts about discrimination, understand workplace policies on equality, learn how to promote inclusion at work, and be asked to consider what they would do if confronted by those issues in the workplace. Theory will become practice via interactive scenarios, activities and test questions in the relevant diversity and inclusion topics covered.
Composed of different modules, this suite will provide learners with a strong and solid framework from which they contribute to a harmonious and diverse company culture while working better together as a team.

Users immerse themselves in learning about various approaches, frameworks, and tools for more effectively and engaging with others within the internal and external workforce.

Bystander Intervention in Focus
Train bystanders on the positive impact bystander intervention has, as well as techniques on how to effectively intervene when necessary.
Duration: 30 mins
Unconscious Bias in Focus
Learners will see first-hand the various cues and behaviours that signal that unconscious bias is occurring within us or others and learn how to deal with this phenomenon.

Manager Skills in Focus
Foster an environment where everyone feels their voice is heard and tolerance of others is the norm - anything else is unacceptable.
