Everyone has the right to be safe and respected at work. But this does not always happen. MyStory sheds light on stories of discrimination, racism and bias all too frequently experienced by people in the workplace. The course is designed to bring to life the real impact of equality, diversity and racism through storytelling. It raises awareness of the prevalence and impact of diversity discrimination. The training covers the UK Equality Act 2010, and anti-racism training best practice.

The Explore feature allows users to scroll through helpful equality-related resources, articles and videos to further raise awareness and share guidance on the topic.
In Share, users are offered the opportunity to anonymously and securely share their personal story, and, separately, can agree to for their story to feature in future versions of the course.
