This course covers the best practice to employ when faced with a product liability claim or product recall and looking into what happens when a company faces product liability and what can be done to avoid it. Our Product Liability course follows the fictional company Auto A-Z as they navigate claims of a potentially faulty product. It explores where responsibility for product safety lies, what all employees can do in the event of a product recall and how internal and external communications should be managed.

- Identify who is responsible for using ‘reasonable care' in the new products process
- Describe the consequences of failing to use ‘reasonable care'
