Their goal is to maintain fair and honest competition and protect society from anti-competitive practices. anti-trust laws are particularly designed to protect customers and promote fair practices that will encourage competition. This course looks at how global organisations and their associates can prevent anti-competitive behaviour and adhere to competition laws relevant to their location.
