Anti-trust laws, also known as competition laws, are important laws affecting business and sales operations. Their goal is to maintain fair and honest competition and protect society from anti-competitive practices. anti-trust laws are particularly designed to protect customers and promote fair practices that will encourage competition. Failure to prevent anti-competitive behaviour within your organisation could lead to huge financial costs, loss of business, damage to reputation and even criminal proceedings for the organisations and individuals.
This course looks at how global organisations and their associates can prevent anti-competitive behaviour and adhere to competition laws relevant to their location.
