Unethical Supplier Practice
This course explores how supplier fraud can occur through unethical supplier practices, what they are and what red flags to look out for to identify them.
Description
Supplier fraud may not always be as obvious as colluding on prices, falsifying invoices or creating fake suppliers. There are more subtle ways suppliers, or criminals impersonating a supplier, can secure a business advantage by deceptions which are not always easy to detect. These are called unethical supplier practices. These deceptions tend to be concealed in seemingly innocent custom and practice between supplier and purchaser. This course explores how supplier fraud can occur through unethical supplier practices, what they are and what red flags to look out for to identify them.
