While there has been a significant decline in overt racist behaviours over the past 40 or 50 years, subtle manifestations of racial bias continue to have a negative impact on people from a black, Asian and minority ethnic background. This short film takes a bold look at the nature of 'modern racism' and its influence in the workplace, and sets out steps that we can all take to ensure that our decisions are free from bias and that we behave in an inclusive manner that promotes true equality.
