Interacting with Public officials

5 Minutes Take 5 General

This course provides in-depth information on how to avoid directly or indirectly bribing a public official.

Description

A key area within anti-bribery and corruption regulation is the risk associated with offering bribes to public officials. There are a number of ethical and legal issues around offering a bribe to public officials.
