What is scenario led learning?

Scenario-led learning is a different approach to learning and development.

In this video, our Client Relationship Manager, Richard, explains how it challenges the user with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, weaving storylines into visual environments. It uses interactive scenarios to support active learning strategies, challenging the user to think about the content they consumed, analyse the situation and put it into practice.

This approach increases employee engagement while learning in a safe environment that helps to build their confidence.
