DeltaNet International given Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award – for a Second Year

All the team at DeltaNet International are excited to announce that we’ve been awarded Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service Award 2019 – the second year in a row we’ve been given this honour.

The award recognises outstanding client service as rated by customers themselves over an extended period. Last year, we received 178 pieces of feedback on our service, with comments such as “professional and efficient” and “fabulous helpful service” proving very popular. We’re proud of our ratings of 4.8 out of 5 for customer experience and 4.6 out of 5 for product rating, as they reflect how we work each and every day to provide the high-quality service our customers want and expect of us.

Congratulating DeltaNet International on winning this year’s award, Matt West, CEO at Feefo, commented: “The Trusted Service award has always been about recognising those companies that excel beyond the norm. This year we’ve seen many remarkable businesses leveraging the full potential of Feefo to provide outstanding levels of experience for their customers – and rightly being awarded our most prestigious accreditation. I’m looking forward to the continual success of the businesses that work in partnership with us throughout 2019.”

Created by Feefo to recognise those companies meeting a high standard of customer service, the Gold Trusted Service Award is based purely on interactions with verified customers. Its criteria relate to the number of reviews collected and achieving a high average rating. As all reviews are from genuine customers, the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’ commitment to outstanding service.
