Accelerate AML onboarding with World-Check and Omnitrack

VinciWorks’ end-to-end AML client onboarding solution (Omnitrack) continues to simplify the onboarding experience with a new direct integration with World-Check. This powerful combination offers direct access to World-Check’s extensive database without leaving your existing tools. The Omnitrack-World-Check integration enables you to effortlessly incorporate customer and third-party risk screening checks into your existing onboarding and monitoring workflows.

World-Check integration with Omnitrack

Quick setup

World-Check is directly integrated into Omnitrack with a beautiful, custom user interface. All it requires is your World-Check credentials to bring its accurate risk intelligence directly into Omnitrack.

Faster Onboarding

While onboarding a client in Omnitrack, you can directly search the World-Check database and quickly decide whether to onboard or if further due diligence is required based on the risk level identified.

Sophisticated ongoing monitoring

Omnitrack will continuously query World-Check for any changes and it will immediately alert the relevant people when the risk level of an individual or organisation has changed.

Audit trail

All checks and actions are documented for any audit purposes later.

End-to-end solution

This seamless integration enables risk and regulatory screening directly within your custom onboarding experience. It works with all other automations, workflows and APIs in Omnitrack to create a simple end-to-end solution.

What is World-Check?

Businesses have to comply with Know Your Customer, anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism, and anti-bribery corruption laws and regulations. As a result, they are obliged to collect information on whom they are doing business with, not only at the beginning of a relationship but on an ongoing basis.

The information collected during this process needs to be screened against sanction lists, law enforcement watchlists, and lists of politically exposed persons (PEPs).

World-Check is a database of all of the information used by leading organisations to conduct client due diligence (CDD) and know-your-customer checks (KYC), to help identify and manage financial, regulatory and reputational risk.

How are you managing your GDPR compliance requirements?

GDPR added a significant compliance burden on DPOs and data processors. Data breaches must be reported to the authorities within 72 hours, each new data processing activity needs to be documented and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) must be carried out for processing that is likely to result in a high risk to individuals. Penalties for breaching GDPR can reach into the tens of millions of Euros.
