This year, we’ve made key updates to the VinciWorks Portal, giving you more flexibility to tailor and edit courses with a fully customisable look and feel. We’ve also launched Conversational Learning, a dynamic and interactive training approach that boosts employee engagement and retention.
With 800+ eLearning courses covering everything from anti-money laundering to social care compliance, we offer bespoke course creation, multilingual support (with narration and dictation), and even more courses to support your compliance needs. Additionally, we’ve upgraded Omnitrack, helping you track and manage compliance risks more effectively, streamlining processes to keep you ahead of potential issues.

VinciWorks & GB Railfreight win Gold at the Learning Technologies Awards 2025
We are thrilled to announce that VinciWorks, in partnership with GB Railfreight (GBRf), won Gold at the Learning Technologies Awards 2025. This award highlights the transformation of compliance performance in a safety-critical rail environment. Completion rates increased from 60% to 100%, and phishing resilience improved significantly.

VinciWorks Portal
The VinciWorks Portal is designed to simplify training management. It’s a central hub where you can view all your licensed courses and browse the full course catalogue. You can review, edit, and approve courses before rolling them out.
Looking ahead, we’re enhancing the Portal with a reimagined course editing experience. The new AI-assisted editing feature will make customising content easier. You’ll also be able to duplicate courses and add pages with ease. Reporting will improve too, linking assessments to learning objectives for deeper insights. Additionally, the new Learning Plan Builder helps you create multi-year plans to track long-term development.

Conversational Learning
Conversational Learning offers a fresh approach to eLearning, powered by cutting-edge AI. It delivers engaging, real-world training that drives behavioural change by adapting content to the learner’s knowledge and experience.
With Conversational Learning, you can fully customise courses. Define the audience, adjust content, and add specific instructions for the AI. The platform also includes full narration and dictation capabilities, translation, and a customisable look and feel.

eLearning Course Library
Our courses team has worked hard to keep content fresh, incorporating real-world examples and lifelike scenarios. Over 100 new courses were added this year.
Recent updates include a complete overhaul of the assessment section and the introduction of gamified knowledge checks. We’ve also rolled out adaptive courses, allowing learners to focus only on what they need to know, saving time and improving efficiency.

In-Browser Editor
The In-Browser Editor in the VinciWorks Portal makes customising courses simple. Log in, edit text, add your logo, remove pages, and save changes instantly to ensure your training stays aligned with organisational standards.
You can also duplicate courses for different departments, with updates reflected across all versions. The editor lets you assign courses for review, enabling collaboration, setting priorities, and ensuring approval before deployment.

Resource Hub
The Resource Hub is the latest addition to the Portal, designed to move compliance training beyond tick-box exercises and into real-world action. It provides everything you need to train, reinforce, and stay ahead of emerging compliance risks.
The Resource Hub enables richer learning experiences with curated videos, real-world scenarios, and practical guidance. You can reinforce key messages with ready-made campaign assets, helping to embed learning throughout the year. Omnitrack
Omnitrack is our centralised tool for managing compliance data. It helps organisations streamline everything from information gathering to follow-ups, approvals, and reporting. It’s intuitive, flexible, and fully customisable.
This year, we introduced four major upgrades. A new infrastructure makes Omnitrack faster and more powerful, while cross-form dashboards bring multiple data sets into one view. The new report builder offers smarter filtering and richer visuals. Reporting is now available to managers and end users, allowing them to build and share dashboards. The next big update will be a role-based permissions model, giving organisations more control over access.

Astute LMX
Astute continues to evolve with a focus on improving the learner and administrator experience. This year, we enhanced reporting capabilities, streamlined content management, and improved usability.
The new LXP Report Builder offers a more flexible, client-driven approach to reporting. Administrators and managers can easily extract key learning insights and tailor reports. Clients migrating from other LMS platforms will soon be able to import historical learning records, ensuring a seamless transition. We’re also redesigning the Instructor-Led Training (ILT) feature to support both in-person and virtual sessions, with beta testing already underway. In early 2026, a new reporting dashboard will offer customisable views of key learning and compliance data.
