As a UX Designer, you will help shape the future of VinciWorks’ learning and compliance platforms, creating intuitive and engaging experiences for our users.
Working closely with product managers, developers, and content creators, you will play a key role in translating user needs into elegant design solutions. Your work will directly impact how clients across industries engage with our tools and training.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented designer to grow their UX career in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. Experience in UX design is a plus, but a strong design sense and user-focused mindset are what matter most
This is a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months, with potential to extend to a long-term role.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Design intuitive user interfaces and interactions that align with VinciWorks’ brand identity.
- Work closely with the Product team and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
- Conduct user research to help inform design decisions.
- Document and communicate design decisions for developer handoff.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.
Skills Required:
- Understanding of the UX process.
- Effectively/quickly communicating ideas via wireframes.
- Proficiency in Figma to create developer ready designs.
- Great attention to detail ensuring design consistency and accuracy.
- A good level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new challenges.
Salary range
The salary range for this position is 15,000 – 20,000 NIS per month, depending on skills and experience.
