Instructional Designer – Jerusalem

As a leader in online learning and compliance software, VinciWorks is looking for a talented writer and course creator to join our growing team.

If you have a passion for crafting engaging content, building beautiful learning experiences, and making complex topics accessible to all kinds of learners, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our training raises awareness of critical topics in compliance, safety, and good workplace behaviour. We don’t write clickbait. We create courses that help companies and employees fight back against bribery, phishing, harassment, discrimination, and more.

This role requires the trifecta of:

  • Creative writing that captures and holds attention
  • Deep, accurate research across complex global topics
  • A compelling learning design mindset to structure knowledge effectively

You will be responsible for developing e-learning for a leading international provider at the cutting edge of learning and technology — and imagining new and innovative ways to bring learning to life.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research global compliance, safety, and workplace topics with depth and rigour
  • Write clear, engaging, audience-relevant learning content
  • Develop course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and build course flows using our internal tools
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and SMEs to bring courses to life
  • Take ownership of a content area in our course library and ensure it stays current, accurate, and best-in-class
  • Bring creative ideas for e-learning interactions, branching scenarios, activities, and assessments

Requirements:

  • Strong research skills and intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent writing skills (clarity, originality, structure)
  • Creativity and empathy for learner experiences
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Advantages (any of these would be a bonus)

  • Background in public policy, business regulation, compliance, health and safety, or diversity & inclusion
  • Experience in instructional design, education, or training
  • Familiarity with UX principles for learning experiences
  • Technical confidence — comfortable learning new platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of learning evaluation methodologies

Salary range

The salary range for this position is 16,000 to 20,000 shekel per month, depending on skills and experience.
