As a Finance Administrator at VinciWorks, you will be an integral part of our Finance Admin team responsible for issuing invoices to customers, managing financial records, and supporting bookkeeping processes. You will work closely with our sales team and finance managers to ensure smooth financial operations and keep our administrative systems running like clockwork.
Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable working with financial systems and Excel, able to manage your own workflows, and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.

This is initially a part-time role (two days a week), with the strong possibility of becoming full-time.
Roles and Responsibilities
As part of your role, you will do the following:
- Issue customer invoices
- Work with our accounting software (Xero) to issue invoices
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure that new clients are processed efficiently
- Respond to client emails sent to the finance team
- Ensure finance data in our CRM (HubSpot) is accurately maintained
- Liaise and work closely with the sales team to ensure invoices are sent on time and revenue is correctly recognised
Skills Required
The following skills are required for the role:
- Attention to detail and quality – ownership of your work
- Excellent analytical skills
- Being comfortable working with finance and sales systems
- High level written English communication
- A big plus for experience in finance, bookkeeping or accounting
Salary Range
The full-time salary range for this position is 9,000 – 12,000 NIS per month (salary will be prorated), depending on skills and experience.
