Account Manager

This role is all about looking after our customers, providing exceptional customer experiences, and growing our business through our existing customer book. It requires strong organisational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator but also someone who meticulously organises their tasks and time, and knows how to get stuff done. You will be the voice of the company for our customers, and the voice of the customer within the company. You will be dealing with clients at all levels in a confident manner, will advocate internally for our customers’ needs, and will identify new opportunities when they are presented. You will have drive, determination and a positive “can do” attitude.

 

Responsibilities of the Role

Customer Insight and Planning

 

  • Research your client’s business to understand their challenges and business plans, and create strategic plans to develop the full potential of each account.
  • Analyse our customer insight data (subscriptions, usage, support tickets, meeting and call notes, etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Liaise and develop relationships with existing contacts within your client accounts, expanding your contacts into new relevant areas and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product teams on how better to align our products and services.
  • Produce customer-specific proposals and attend customer meetings and presentations in line with your agreed targets.

 

Administration and Sales

 

  • Manage an opportunity pipeline, closing all possible opportunities to achieve your targets.
  • Negotiate and process renewals and non-renewals with clients in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and book calls/meetings with clients in line with our sales strategy.
  • Maintain an organised and well-managed calendar to ensure maximum productivity is achieved.

 

Requirements

 

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, resilient and possessing strong communication skills.
  • High level of self-sufficiency, self-learning and organisation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B account management or customer success role.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in either the UK or Israel.

In the UK: Remote role working from home anywhere in the UK, Monday to Friday.

In Israel: Hybrid or office-based role, based in the Jerusalem office, Monday to Friday.

 

Salary Range

The salary for this role is composed of base salary and commission based on the financial performance of your assigned client accounts.

In the UK: The On Target Earnings salary range for this position is £42,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

In Israel: The On Target Earnings salary range for this position is 18,000 – 27,000 NIS per month, depending on skills and experience.
