Account Executive – Jerusalem

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Inbound Account Executive to drive revenue and build relationships with prospective clients in the UK market. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding potential customers through our compliance training offerings, understanding their needs, and converting interest into commitment.

 

This is a new business role, ideal for someone who excels at consultative sales, enjoys engaging with prospects, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the compliance training space.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads from various channels (website inquiries, webinars, referrals, and marketing campaigns).
  • Conduct strong discovery sessions to problem-sell and identify needs, perform product demos which selectively showcases value and insight, lead with clear & obvious next steps, follow up with prospects regularly, engage prospects in our courses portal, handle objections and negotiate pricing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across industries, positioning VinciWorks as a trusted compliance training provider.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay highly informed about compliance regulation developments so that you are perceived as a subject matter expert within the industry.
  • Track interactions and manage pipeline efficiently in HubSpot CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting inbound opportunities into long-term clients.

 

Skills Required

  • Sales Experience: 5+ years in an account executive or business development role, preferably in GRC, e-learning, or a related industry.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to understand client challenges and recommend the best solutions.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK business landscape and compliance training trends.
  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects effectively.
  • CRM & Tech Savvy: Experience using leading CRMs and similar sales tools for tracking leads and opportunities.
  • Target-Driven Approach: Ability to work toward revenue goals and thrive in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Critical Soft Skills: Beyond a target-driven focus, the right candidate should be adaptable, capable of problem-solving, resourceful and a team player. Being a ‘challenger sales’ person will be perceived as a high-value skill for this role.

 

Salary Range  

The salary for this role will comprise a base salary and on-target commission.

The monthly on-target earnings range for this position is 30,000 NIS to 37,000 NIS, depending on skills and experience.
