Description
When working with contractors, it can be difficult to work out where the contractor's responsibilities end and where the employer's responsibilities begin. This course defines who contractors are, the legislation relevant to managing contractors, and the responsibilities of premises managers for evaluating contractor competency, conducting risk assessments, carrying out inductions, and monitoring the work of contractors.
