Legionella and how to achieve water safety in the workplace.
Description
Employers have a duty of care to understand and manage Legionella risks and must comply with health and safety regulations on water safety. This course explores the characteristics of Legionella and raises awareness about how the disease is caught and transmitted, particularly in working environments. It explores in detail what your employer's legal responsibilities are when it comes to controlling the Legionella bacteria and offers advice on how to achieve water safety in the workplace, including monitoring lead levels in water systems.
