Description
Being able to challenge others in the workplace is a natural and healthy aspect of the collaborative process. The idea of challenging colleagues might seem a daunting prospect, but a constructive challenge typically improves rather than worsens situations and demonstrates a level of responsibility and emotional investment in our work.
