Example use cases

AML client onboarding

Law firms, accountancy firms and financial corporations are required to conduct risk assessments, client due diligence (CDD) and ongoing monitoring on their clients. VinciWorks’ AML client onboarding solution can be used to enhance both the risk assessment and document collection aspects of client onboarding. The DocuSign integration feature will now allow users needing to sign forms to do so easily, without an extra step.

Client engagement letters

Client and organisation will be able to sign client engagement letters with the click of a button

Supplier onboarding

Omnitrack provides a streamlined solution for supplier onboarding, with onboarding questions that are tailor-made to fit all types of suppliers. The automated system generates reminder emails to ensure completion, saving you from chasing suppliers. Now the process will be even quicker, with suppliers being able to sign right in the form using the new DocuSign feature.

Gift registers

The Omnitrack Gifts and Hospitality Register allows managers to receive instant notifications for all gifts given and received. This enables them to make informed decisions on the next steps, such as whether to approve or deny the gift in question. With DocuSign integration, the process will now be even easier, with users being able to enter their signatures right in the form.

GDPR added a significant compliance burden on DPOs and data processors. Data breaches must be reported to the authorities within 72 hours, each new data processing activity needs to be documented and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) must be carried out for processing that is likely to result in a high risk to individuals. Penalties for breaching GDPR can reach into the tens of millions of Euros.
