AML client onboarding

Law firms, accountancy firms and financial corporations are required to conduct risk assessments, client due diligence (CDD) and ongoing monitoring on their clients. VinciWorks’ AML client onboarding solution can be used to enhance both the risk assessment and document collection aspects of client onboarding. The DocuSign integration feature will now allow users needing to sign forms to do so easily, without an extra step.

Supplier onboarding

Omnitrack provides a streamlined solution for supplier onboarding, with onboarding questions that are tailor-made to fit all types of suppliers. Now the process will be even quicker, with suppliers being able to sign right in the form using the new DocuSign feature.

The Omnitrack Gifts and Hospitality Register allows managers to receive instant notifications for all gifts given and received. This enables them to make informed decisions on the next steps, such as whether to approve or deny the gift in question. With DocuSign integration, the process will now be even easier, with users being able to enter their signatures right in the form.
