Omnitrack Update: Version 2.122.0

Omnitrack Release Notes – 2.122.0

Release Date: 02.02.2025

Introduction

During this sprint, we addressed issues related to Email events on the timeline, observed after the 2.121 release. A hotfix (21.01.2025) was released to resolve these problems, specifically empty pdf (copy of the email) and problems with Download Copy button. In this release we added the following update to this feature:

Feature Update

  • We’ve connected users’ names within the headers of ‘Email sent’ events to the User filter, allowing filtering of email events by specific users

Upcoming Features

  • We are finalising the implementation of new logic for date fields, which will support additional time ranges

We hope you enjoy this release of Omnitrack!

Hot fix Date: 10.02.2025

Hot fix:

  • We improved the performance of long forms (over 1500 fields) during loading, saving, and viewing submissions in the grid. We added the following changes to the user experience:
    – a loader that indicates that the process is ongoing
    – a preview of the first few fields while the remainder of the form loads
  • We cleaned the console by removing outdated and redundant API calls

How are you managing your GDPR compliance requirements?

GDPR added a significant compliance burden on DPOs and data processors. Data breaches must be reported to the authorities within 72 hours, each new data processing activity needs to be documented and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) must be carried out for processing that is likely to result in a high risk to individuals. Penalties for breaching GDPR can reach into the tens of millions of Euros.
