You can now have any report generated by the LMS emailed to you automatically, either weekly or monthly. The reports are fully customisable and can be sent to any recipient.

Automation is a key differentiator of the VinciWorks Learning Management System. Smart groups automatically enrol people in courses and Nagware ensure that they meet their deadlines. With scheduled reporting we have completed the final piece of the automation puzzle.

Some common automated reports that might be useful:

• Monthly completion reports
• Users whose last AML completion was over two years ago
• New joiners who haven’t completed their mandatory courses

This feature is available in the Professional and Enterprise versions of the LMS. It can be found under Reports ==> Create user course report.
