About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic UX Designer to join our Product team and play a key role in shaping the future of our platforms. This is an exciting opportunity within a fast-paced, forward-thinking company, committed to delivering excellence in compliance training.
This is a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months, with potential to extend to a long-term role.
Success in this role requires creativity, self-motivation, and a keen eye for detail. You should be skilled in developing intuitive user interfaces, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and ensuring consistency and quality in all aspects of your work.
Roles and responsibilities
As part of your role, you will do the following:
- Design intuitive user interfaces and interactions that align with VinciWorks’ brand identity.
- Work closely with the Product team and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
- Conduct user research to help inform design decisions.
- Document and communicate design decisions for developer handoff.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.
Skills Required
- Understanding of the UX process.
- Effectively/quickly communicating ideas via wireframes.
- Proficiency in Figma to create developer ready designs.
- Great attention to detail ensuring design consistency and accuracy.
- A good level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new challenges.
Salary range
The salary range for this position is 15,000 – 20,000 NIS per month, depending on skills and experience.
