VinciWorks is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, you will help shape the future of our client-facing VinciWorks Portal, delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development, refinement, and execution of our product roadmap. As the central hub of our digital learning solutions, VinciWorks Portal serves clients across multiple industries in the UK and beyond.
This is an excellent role for a smart, eager candidate looking to grow in their product management journey. Experience in the field is a plus but is not necessarily required.
Location
We are a hybrid team working across Israel, the UK, and Ireland. Our main office is in Jerusalem, located at the Technology Park in Malcha.
Place of work: Office in Jerusalem or hybrid
Working days: Sunday – Thursday
Key responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in executing the product roadmap for VinciWorks Portal, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and vision.
- Contribute to feature development by writing clear, well-defined user stories and product requirements for the development team.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs and feedback shape product decisions.
- Work closely with UX designers to optimise features for a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities, ensuring smooth execution of product initiatives (technical background is a plus but not required).
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, working at pace with a strong delivery focus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and deadlines.
- A creative thinker who can identify and exploit opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Experience in product management, ideally within the SaaS industry, would be a plus but is not essential.
Salary range
The salary range for this position is 15,000 – 18,000 NIS per month, depending on skills and experience.
