Omnitrack Release Notes – 2.115.0

Introduction 

This release of Omnitrack includes new features, various bug fixes, improvements and other tasks.

 

New Features 

  • We introduced the capability to alter Credas check types from ‘Screening’ to ‘Full ID Verification’ within the Omnitrack UI
  • We added a toggle to indicate if a Credas check should be rechecked on clicking ‘Run AML check’

 

Bug Fixes 

  • We improved performance related to calculations
  • We resolved the discrepancy between the actual submitter and the submitter recorded by the system when specific submission’s link was used
  •  ’Download Attachments’ button has been updated, and now enables only when attachments are present
  • We enhanced automation processes for the forms with multiple Form Fields updates, resulting in improving the speed and overall performance
  • We solved the problem with ‘Submit’ button not moving the submission to the right status
  • We fixed the problem when users attempting to access submission links encountered a ‘Something went wrong’ error page
  • We resolved the problem, when some tenants experienced pie chart reports stuck on ‘Loading’
  • We resolved an issue with ‘is‘ button that was missing when creating visibility conditions on various questions types
  • We solved the problem with downloading certain zip files with attachments (that had deleted files)
  • We solved an issue with moving the UK to the top of the list, that caused the country risk data to become out of sync

 

Other Improvements 

  • We identified and resolved the root cause of slow performance
  • We introduced an enhancement to our autosave functionality
  • We updated the title of the Credas ‘Phone’ field to ‘Mobile’
  • We introduced a new mandatory field ‘post code’ for Credas
  • We helped to restore a key item mistakenly deleted by Admin
  • We finalised with a live push of another client
  • We’ve updated the Vinciworks logo within Omnitrack to reflect our recent rebranding
