VinciWorks is a leading provider of online compliance training courses, including information security, health + safety, diversity and inclusion, AML and more.
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to prospect into the DACH region in an outbound motion. The SDR will focus on outbound prospecting, generating meetings and interest through calling, online channels and events in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region.
This role requires a proactive individual who is fluent in German and has a strong understanding of the compliance training market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness and interest in our compliance training solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and our sales team.
- Participate in virtual and in-person events, webinars, and conferences to promote our solutions and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and communications in Hubspot CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the compliance training or related industry.
- Proven track record of successful outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience in the DACH market with a deep understanding of its business culture and practices.
- Familiarity with virtual and in-person events, webinars, and conferences as part of lead generation strategies.
Competencies:
- Fluency in German and English: Both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in the DACH region.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the compliance training or related industry.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the DACH market and its business culture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with prospects and team members.
- Independence: Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Organized: Highly organized with strong attention to detail to manage multiple prospecting activities.
- Tech Literate: Proficient in using Hubspot CRM and other sales tools, to track and manage leads and activities.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure lead-gen environment.
