Graphics/UI Designer

As a leader in online learning, VinciWorks is looking for a talented graphic designer who can ensure we stay at the forefront of education and disrupt the e-learning industry. In this role you’ll be responsible for the visual design of training used by hundreds of thousands of people around the world. You will be involved in the development processes of new courses, from initial brainstorming and research, wireframing and mock-ups to prototyping and launch.

You will also be working closely with the marketing team to help create a wide range of customer and market facing assets. This will require a strong understanding of graphic design for advertising and promotional materials. We produce a wide range of materials for different markets, so a broad experience and strong appetite to do new things would be extremely helpful.

You’ll work closely with our writing and development teams to create high-quality, engaging and beautiful training. You will need to bring a creative mindset, design principles and a professional and beautiful aesthetic to our products. You’ll need a passion for design and be able to work well in a collaborative team environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality course designs including full mockups, learning components and themes
  • Work closely with content and marketing teams on a wide array of assets, from ebooks and whitepapers to online ads and expo booth designs
  • Offer fresh, creative perspectives, and solutions for products with practical business constraints
  • Understand our user’s perspective and apply it in your designs

Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
    • Strong knowledge of user-centered and UX design principles
  • At least 3 years of hands on graphic design experience (digital and/or print)
  • Ability to convert ideas into workable concepts and re-imagine reality when necessary 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to replicate and create similar concepts from existing designs or styles 
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines effectively
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
  • Fluent English
  • Motion graphic skills are a plus (Premiere pro, After Effects, Apple Motion, Blender)

Salary range

The salary range for this position is 12,000 – 15,000 NIS per month, depending on skills and experience.
