This month’s update brings continued polish across LXP Reporting, Instructor-Led Training, and day-to-day administration in Astute.
Several changes focus on giving administrators clearer context in reporting and Risk Task views, and broader coverage of upcoming enrolments. We’ve also continued to refine Instructor-Led Training, with more flexibility in ILT communications and tighter controls around scheduling. Smaller quality-of-life updates throughout the platform should make common admin tasks quicker and clearer.
Reporting and Risk Task visibility
We’ve made several improvements to LXP Reporting and the Risk Task views to give administrators better context and more complete data.
- The “show all enrolments due to enrol in the future” report now includes re-enrolments from both Astute and Previous LMS Records, giving a fuller picture of what’s coming up.
- Risk Task List now shows the assessment title on the table, making it easier to identify the source of each task at a glance.
- Risk Task By Concern now shows the answer that triggered the concern, helping administrators understand the context behind each item.
Quicker admin workflows
Small changes that should add up to less time spent navigating around Astute.
- A new option on the Learners Page lets administrators jump straight to a learner’s My Progress page to check their enrolment statuses.
- The Emails search in My Progress now requires a date range, keeping searches focused and returning results faster.
- The Re-enrolment Activities page now requires a replacement course to be selected when Replace is chosen, preventing incomplete re-enrolment setups.
Instructor-Led Training
ILT continues to mature with new options for trigger email communications and tighter scheduling controls.
- Additional Mail Merge fields and trigger email options are now available for ILT, giving administrators more flexibility when building ILT communications.
- Classes can no longer be scheduled for archived Courses from the Training Schedule, keeping the schedule consistent with course status.
- Trainer search now lists active learners only, making it easier to select the right person.
Bug fixes
This release also includes a number of fixes across reporting and ILT:
- Refined how First Passed and Last Passed dates are displayed to ensure consistent ordering in a rare edge case.
- LXP Reports built by Department Heads now build reliably.
- Risk Assessment Reports now include data from assessments where a question has since been deleted.
- Improvements to how specific certificates are assigned to courses.
- Manage Attendance now correctly shows all attendees for a Class.
- Uploaded certificates now display correctly in My Progress and on the Learner Certificates page.
- Selected learners are retained when closing and reopening the Add Attendees window.
