This month’s update continues our focus on Instructor-Led Training, plus reporting clarity and a handful of smaller refinements across the platform.
Alongside the headline ILT work, we have made it easier to see pending changes on enrolment events and tidied up a number of areas across Risk Assessments and certificates,
Quicker admin workflows
- A new Pending Changes indicator on the enrolment events page shows at a glance where changes are waiting to be applied.
Bug fixes
This release also includes a number of fixes across reporting and ILT:
- Risk Assessments created from a template now correctly include their questions, and an issue that could block creating one from a template has been resolved.
- Learner exports now handle apostrophes in an email address or username correctly.
- Courses with certificates disabled no longer display a certificate in My Progress.
- ILT Calendar invites now arrive as a proper invite with the joining link showing.
- First Passed and Last Passed dates display correctly on ILT certificates, and duplicate certificates no longer appear.
- ILT emails now render correctly, a class address saves as expected, long module names no longer affect the page layout, Course Search has been improved, and images can now be removed from a module.
Retirements
- Learning Analytics, our legacy reporting system, has been removed. It has been gradually phased out since LXP Reporting arrived in 2019 and is no longer supported. If you were using it, please contact Support and we’ll help you move to one of our other reporting tools.
- The Language Specific Titles option has been removed from the event details page.
