VinciWorks by the numbers: 2023 – a year in review

2023 was yet another exciting year for growth at VinciWorks. With two more leading elearning providers, DeltaNet and EssentialSkillz, being fully merged into our brand, we are now able to offer around three times as many courses, and in multiple formats. We offer video courses, five-minute knowledge checks and in-depth courses that can be adapted to suit specific industries and roles.

Our development team has also been busy. We’ve built an in-browser editor into our courses and will release our “client portal” in 2024 to allow clients to seamlessly manage their staff’s training. We have also added multiple integrations to Omnitrack, software that allows businesses to manage data collection, follow-up, approvals and reporting, all from one centralised portal.

Let’s take a look at our achievements in 2023, before raising a glass to a new year.

2.3m video views

This number has almost doubled since last year and includes 3.8 million hours of video streamed. In 2023, we increased our video capabilities, allowing us to produce video courses using professional actors. We also have several courses that include both film and text, such as our new course on artificial intelligence

Our most popular video courses in 2023:

Over 2m compliance course completions

In 2023, through the merger with DeltaNet and EssentialSkillz, we expanded our library and client base, offering training on a far wider range of topics, from core regulatory compliance topics like GDPR and anti-money laundering to D&I, health and safety and more. As a result, 2023 saw record numbers of course completions.

Most popular courses

146,000 Omnitrack users

As a result of increased resources in Omnitrack, our reporting and tracking software, an increased number of organisations have entrusted us to solve their compliance needs.

Most popular Omnitrack solutions:

18,000 downloads of free guides, templates and on-demand webinars

We have continued our commitment to providing compliance guides, policy templates and webinars free of charge to our community. In 2023, we produced a catalogue of diversity and inclusion resources, with guides to major D&I days in the calendar, and best practice guides to complement our video training. In total, we have produced close to 500 free resources, have of them being created in the past year.

They utilise years of experience and carefully crafted tools to get law firms compliant and keep them compliant. In 2023, Compliance Office helped 200 law firms stay on top of the SRA’s guidance, helped set up new law firms, carried out anti-money laundering audits and more.

100% increase in staff

In the past 12 months, we have doubled our workforce in customer success, software development and course development. This will allow us to continue to provide high-quality content as well as a quality service.

500 new courses in the library

In the past year, we have more than doubled the number of course topics in our library and have increased our offering in D&I training and health and safety and have launched our 10 topics covering performance and leadership. In early 2024 we will be releasing a new series of AI compliance courses, fraud training and more.

How are you managing your GDPR compliance requirements?

GDPR added a significant compliance burden on DPOs and data processors. Data breaches must be reported to the authorities within 72 hours, each new data processing activity needs to be documented and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) must be carried out for processing that is likely to result in a high risk to individuals. Penalties for breaching GDPR can reach into the tens of millions of Euros.
