We have also refreshed the Learners page, expanded what LXP Reporting can do, and added a solid batch of improvements to Instructor-Led Training.
A faster Astute
- Pages now load noticeably faster across the platform, including the home page when you first log in.
- The Learners page is quicker and now has a cleaner layout, holding up well even for organisations with tens of thousands of learners.
- Building and working with enrolment events is faster also.
Enhancements
- Completed Risk Assessments can now be exported as a PDF, with all actions, notes and resolutions included, ready to share or keep on file.
- Learners can now find their videos under a dedicated Videos tab on the My Progress page.
- Setting up a self-enrolment event is now simpler, with steps that did not apply to self-enrolment removed so the event reaches everyone as intended.
- Enrolment rule date conditions now read in plain English, “on or after” and “before or on”, instead of “greater or equal to” and “less than or equal to”.
- Classes in Instructor-Led Training now require their location or joining link before they can be saved: an address for in-person, a link for virtual, and both for hybrid.
- Scheduled reports can now be sent to Line Managers or Department Heads, and the LXP Report Builder gains a new Target Completion Date column, making deadlines easier to track.
Bug fixes
This release also includes a number of fixes across ILT, reporting and the learner homepage:
The Download All certificates button on the My Progress page now works for everyone again.
- In Instructor-Led Training, class dates and times no longer disappear from the schedule, the calendar List view now shows classes correctly, attendance notes save as expected, and merge fields appear when editing a trigger email, not only when creating one. Bulk course upload via CSV, chaser types and Bulk Select have also all been fixed.
- On the learner homepage, course tiles no longer appear twice in the completed section, and the correct event image now shows once an event has been completed.
- Scheduled reports in LXP Reporting now send either the Excel attachment or the report link as chosen, rather than both.
