This update is aimed at the everyday admin work. Chaser emails no longer fall silent the moment a learner goes overdue, and setting up enrolment rules now shows you exactly who will be affected before you commit to anything.
Instructor-Led Training gains another round of improvements, alongside a batch of fixes across reporting, certificates and emails.
Enhancements
- Event Group chaser emails have a new “overdue by” option, so chasers can keep going for a set number of days, weeks or months after the target date rather than stopping as soon as a learner goes overdue.
- The Enrolment Event Rules page now matches the Enrolment Event Wizard. The matched learner count is shown as you build a rule, you can view those learners before confirming, and the confirmation step tells you how many enrolments and unenrolments will happen when the rule processes.
- Completed Risk Task List reports can now be exported to Excel from the full report view.
- In Instructor-Led Training, class details can now be edited right up until the attendance register is completed, rather than locking as soon as the class is scheduled.
- New Instructor-Led Training classes now default to In Person instead of Hybrid, and the validity period options are clearer when creating a course.
Bug fixes
This release also includes a number of fixes across ILT, reporting and emails:
- In Instructor-Led Training, approval emails now show the course name and approver name correctly, chaser email frequency and time settings save as expected, and the frequency step no longer shows all four options at once. Courses created without a validity period also no longer save as a period of 0 days, or report an expiry date matching the completion date.
- The Report Builder no longer fails to build when a department name contains an apostrophe, and scheduled reports now show the correct Next Scheduled date rather than today’s date.
- Certificates generated from self-enrolment courses now attach to course complete trigger emails.
- Programmes can be copied again, and on Trigger Emails the All courses toggle no longer overlaps the heading above it.
