Bug fixes

• Fixed multiple issues with the bulk user upload
• Fixed issue with admin date fields not being editable
• Update submission was not working in some cases
• Fixed issue with private forms showing 0/0 when there are submissions
• Fixed issue where you have to click a link twice to open it
