Four new courses bring VinciWorks’ AI-powered training to law firms and in-house legal teams
When VinciWorks launched Conversational Learning last year, the aim was straightforward: replace passive compliance modules with real conversation. Instead of moving through a standard eLearning course, the learner enters a realistic scenario and the course adapts in real time to how they respond.

Why it matters for law firms
Legal compliance is fundamentally about judgement, not just knowledge. Ruth Mittelmann Cohen, Head of Legal Compliance at VinciWorks, said: “Knowing the rules is one thing. Spotting a conflict of interest when the facts are ambiguous and there’s pressure to move fast is another.”

Four new courses for the legal sector
VinciWorks has released four Conversational Learning courses built specifically for law firms and legal teams:
Data Protection puts learners at the centre of data protection decisions. Guided by an AI-powered expert, they work through realistic workplace scenarios covering how data should be handled, shared and stored, and apply core principles to protect both individuals and the firm.
Anti-Bribery: Discussing the Risks turns passive bribery training into active engagement. Learners explore what counts as a bribe, where risks arise in legal practice, and how the UK Bribery Act applies, including the corporate offence of failing to prevent bribery. The course adapts to each learner’s role and experience, helping them spot red flags and understand the legal consequences.
Gifts and Hospitality: Discuss Where to Draw the Line turns abstract bribery rules into real-life judgment calls. Learners work through scenarios tailored to legal practice, such as lunch invites and corporate gifts, and analyse how context, timing and value affect whether a gift is appropriate, building confidence in when to accept, decline or report.
Understanding Tax Evasion: An Interactive Talk takes learners through common tax evasion risks and strategies relevant to legal practice, helping them spot red flags and navigate their obligations under the corporate offence of failing to prevent the facilitation of tax evasion.
These four courses combine over 20 years of VinciWorks’ compliance expertise with AI that adapts to each learner, and they are designed to work alongside a firm’s existing eLearning programme, not replace it.
