Visual dashboards for a quick overview, Compliance Reporting to show exactly who’s outstanding, and a report builder to tailor anything else and save it for next time. Everything exports to CSV or Excel, and reports can be scheduled to run and send themselves to the right people on a regular basis, so the answers turn up before anyone has to ask.

Rules-based enrolment puts the right people on the right training as soon as they match your criteria, new starters included. Enrolment and chaser emails go out on your schedule, in your wording. Once someone’s training expires, they can be re-enrolled automatically, so nothing quietly lapses. You can connect your own single sign-on or user syncs to Astute,* so learners get in without another password to remember and your user list stays in step with your other systems.

Instructor-led training
Schedule in-person, virtual or hybrid sessions with the dates, trainers, locations and capacity you need. Learners get calendar invites, and their attendance can then be recorded once the session’s done.
Bring your own content
Upload your own SCORM or xAPI courses, MP4 videos, and documents such as policies and certificates. Everything’s held securely in your own Astute environment and nowhere else, ready to assign and track like the rest of your training.
Policy manager
Put your policies in front of the right people and have them confirm they’ve read and understood each one. You can see who’s acknowledged what at any point, so there’s a clear record when someone asks.
Risk assessments
Astute comes with a set of ready-made risk assessments covering DSE, manual handling, COSHH, fire safety, home working and more. Use them as they are, tailor them to fit, or build your own, then see who carries which risk and get it signed off.
Import previous LMS records
