Description

This interactive course turns passive training into active engagement, putting proper use of display screen equipment (DSE) at the centre of the conversation. Through rich, multimedia scenarios and guidance from our AI ergonomics specialist, you'll explore how everyday screen work affects the body over time, and what good DSE habits look like in practice. Along the way, you'll look at posture, screens, hands and wrists, taking breaks, and getting support. The course adapts to your setup and working habits, helping you work comfortably, prevent strain and speak up when something isn't working.

The duration time of 30 minutes is a guide and may vary based on the learner's existing knowledge. We estimate this course to take between 15 and 45 minutes.
