Adaptive learning is a learner-first approach to training.

In this video, our Learning Design Director, Stacey walks us through the benefits of using adaptive learning. Before launching into a training session, employees do an upfront assessment on the topic area. Using artificial intelligence, the learning tailors itself towards the user’s knowledge gaps and only presents the content which is relevant to what the user needs to learn. The user sees questions based on that specific training and not the entire topic area (if they knew the basics).
