About this guide
The theme for International Human Resources Day in 2023 is ‘HR Shaping the New Future’. According to the European Association For People Management, the idea behind this theme is ‘building an identity for HR into something bigger than itself. It is about our role as a profession in leading the change to improve working lives and embracing the opportunities that these new ways of working present, as well as dealing with the challenges. There will be a particular focus on inclusivity, flexibility, and participation, that will benefit employees, organisations, and society as a whole’.
