With the Christmas season upon us and 2026 approaching, this is a good moment to look back on what has been an award-winning and ambitious year at VinciWorks.

From major product launches to record engagement across training, resources and events, 2025 was about helping organisations take compliance seriously without making it unmanageable.

Here is our year, unwrapped.

Gold at the Learning Technologies Awards 2025

We are proud to have won gold at the Learning Technologies Awards 2025, taking the top prize for Best use of learning technologies for compliance and risk management alongside GB Railfreight.

This award recognised how VinciWorks supports organisations to deliver practical, engaging and measurable compliance training at scale. It reflects the work we do every day to move compliance beyond box ticking and into real behaviour change.

Conversational Learning goes from strength to strength

This year, we transformed the compliance training landscape with 18 new Conversational Learning courses, adopted by more than 28,243 users.

Our five most popular Conversational Learning courses in 2025 were:

  • Sexual Harassment: A Discussion on Boundaries and Consent

  • Anti-Bribery: Discussing the Risks

  • Condition E6 and the OfS Guidance for Universities

  • Online Safety: Talking About Social Engineering

  • Bullying and Harassment: A Dialogue on Respect

These courses reflect a clear shift towards discussion-based learning that helps people think through real situations, rather than memorising rules.

A growing Portal community

More than 50,000 users have now joined the VinciWorks Portal. What makes this even more encouraging is how people are using it. 52% of users have personalised their courses using our in-browser editor, and together they have completed an impressive 1.5 million courses.

This level of engagement shows that organisations want training that reflects their own risks, policies and culture.

Astute LMX milestones

In 2025, 222,779 new users joined our Astute LMS. They enrolled in 981 courses and completed 697,073 quizzes.

Manual Handling Safety led the way with 28,188 enrolments, underlining how critical practical safety training remains across sectors.

Professional, engaging video content

We filmed and edited 294 new videos this year. They were watched more than 736,000 times.

Video continues to play a vital role in making compliance training more engaging, accessible and realistic, especially when dealing with sensitive or complex topics.
