Leading compliance eLearning provider, VinciWorks, together with client and one of the UK’s largest freight operators, GB Railfreight, have been shortlisted for the Learning Technologies Awards 2025 in the category of “Best use of learning technologies to ensure compliance with external regulations or internal policies to manage organisational risk.”
In a safety-critical, highly regulated industry, GB Railfreight (GBRf) needed more than tick-box compliance. It required a culture shift.
Partnering with VinciWorks, GBRf rolled out a comprehensive compliance training programme to over 1,400 staff using the VinciWorks Portal and in-browser course editor. The goal was to make compliance engaging, measurable, and truly embedded in daily operations.
Josh Goodhardt, CEO of VinciWorks, commented: “We are thrilled to be shortlisted alongside GB Railfreight for this year’s Learning Technologies Awards. In industries like rail, compliance isn’t just a legal obligation, it’s a matter of safety and trust. Our partnership with GBRf shows that when compliance training is engaging and relevant, it can change behaviour, reduce risk, and build a true culture of accountability. This nomination recognises the power of learning technology to transform compliance from a burden into a strategic advantage.”
The shortlisted project highlights how VinciWorks’ technology helps organisations transform compliance programmes from reactive to proactive. By combining creative learning design, editable courses, and engaging content, VinciWorks enables businesses to manage regulatory obligations and prove compliance with confidence.
The Learning Technologies Awards celebrate the very best in learning innovation, recognising organisations that are redefining how people learn at work. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 12 November 2025 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London, UK.
