Legislation passed in September 2022, as an amendment to the UK Money Laundering Regulations, obliges all regulated entities in the UK to identify, assess and mitigate the risk of proliferation financing within their firms.
In this course, we will discuss what that means, and what you can do to make sure that bad actors can't get WMDs.
