This month’s update introduces Instructor-Led Training (ILT), alongside a number of smaller improvements across the platform.
Instructor-Led Training is now live
Instructor-Led Training (ILT) is now live in Astute, with early access currently available to selected clients on the Astute Premier tier.
ILT allows you to manage classroom, virtual and hybrid training alongside your existing eLearning, bringing all training into one place. It replaces the previous Face-to-Face (F2F) feature with a redesigned and more flexible approach to managing in-person and virtual training.
Administrators can create courses, schedule classes, manage attendance and track outcomes, while learners can enrol onto sessions directly or request access.
ILT integrates with Astute’s existing enrolment events and reporting, so all training is managed in one place.
ILT is being rolled out in phases, with wider availability coming soon.
What you can do with ILT
- Create training courses and schedule classes with defined dates, locations, trainers and capacity
- Manage classroom, virtual and hybrid sessions in one place
- Enrol learners directly or allow them to request access with approval processes
- Apply capacity controls and manage waitlists for high-demand sessions
- Automatically send calendar invites to confirmed attendees
- Capture attendance and results for each session
- Report on ILT activity through Astute’s existing reporting tools
If you would like to learn more about ILT or how it could be used within your organisation, please contact your Account Manager or the Astute Support team.
