This month’s release is a smaller one, but it brings meaningful improvements aimed at making everyday administration clearer, safer, and more predictable. We’ve made an important enhancement to enrolment rules, improved re-enrolment speeds, and fixed several issues across videos, certificates, emails and reporting.
These updates are designed to reduce confusion, prevent mistakes, and give your learners a smoother experience across the platform.
Enrolment event rules
To make enrolment rules safer and easier to manage, changes no longer save automatically. You’ll now be asked to confirm any updates before they take effect.
When confirming changes, you can also choose whether the rules should:
- Process immediately, or
- Wait until the overnight cycle to run automatically
This gives admins more control, reduces accidental updates, and makes the behaviour of rule-based enrolments more predictable.
Faster re-enrolments
Re-enrolments now process quicker than before, helping large organisations update mandatory training cycles with less delay.
Video improvements
Two updates this month aimed at improving the learner experience:
- YouTube videos embedded in courses now play reliably
- Watching long-form video (over 2 hours) will no longer trigger the auto logout
Course uploads
An issue that caused certain course uploads to fail has now been resolved.
Chaser & trigger emails
We’ve fixed several issues affecting automated emails:
- The search bar for Event Group Chaser Emails now works as expected
- Confusing text (“less than none”) has been corrected in chaser descriptions
- Trigger emails now send correctly when learners are enrolled onto video activities
Compliance reporting
A bug that caused some Compliance by Department counts to show incorrectly has been fixed.
Certificates
Learners will no longer see a “View Certificate” button on courses that don’t use certificates.
