We’re excited to roll out Astute LXP v3.4.2 on August 14, 2025. This month’s release brings a fresh wave of usability improvements, template refinements, and behind-the-scenes optimisations to help you manage learners and compliance more efficiently than ever.
Key Enhancements
- New Pending Enrolments Report
Easily track learners who are queued for enrolment with a dedicated “Pending Enrolments” report in the LXP Report Builder.
- Streamlined Learner Filters
We’ve removed unnecessary filter options, making it faster to zero in on the exact group of learners you need.
- Smarter Certificate Filenames
Certificates emailed to learners now use filenames that include both the learner’s name and the course title, so files are instantly recognisable.
- Consistent Terminology
“Job Profile” has been renamed to “Job Title” across the platform, reducing confusion and aligning with industry standards.
Bug Fixes & Reliability Improvements
- Fixed the Replace option in re-enrolment activities so it behaves as expected.
- Restored the ability to filter and view Archived Events on the Enrolment Events page.
- Learners pending enrolment now correctly display a Pending status instead of Enrolled.
- Auto-enrol settings remain enabled when re-enrolment is configured.
- Addressed intermittent issues in the LXP Report Builder that could prevent report generation
