2002
Vinciworks founded.
Vinciworks is founded by Howard Finger, a lawyer with vast experience in compliance in London, Australia and Hong Kong.
2004
The Online Compliance Consortium (OCC) is born.
Vinciworks gathered a group of 14 leading international and UK law firms to share knowledge and expertise in AML, under the rubric that there’s no competitive advantage in compliance.
2005
3rd EU Money laundering directive comes into effect.
2007
Over 100 law firms in the UK using Vinciworks.
2010
The UK Bribery Act and the UK Equality Act comes into effect.
2017
4th EU Money laundering directive and Criminal finances act comes into effect.
2018
Dac 6 and GDPR come into effect.
2019
Omnitrack is released.
Vinciworks launched Omnitrack, a solution for the seamlessly collecting data, building automated workflows and generating reports, while integrating the latest regulations.
