PREVENT is intended to stop people becoming terrorists and supporting terrorism by challenging extremism and preventing radicalisation. Before considering this, it is important to understand what is meant by the terms extremism and radicalisation, and this course is designed to enable employees understand how it can affect individuals and organisational culture and how to raise concerns.
