Noise at work can cause damage to your hearing which is not reversible. An estimated 21,000 UK workers suffer from work-related hearing problems. Almost all these cases are completely avoidable with the correct control measures. The aim of this course is to ensure employees and managers understand the risks of noise exposure and their rights and responsibilities around noise reduction and hearing protection.
